THE POWER OF VITAMIN E COMPLEX

- A scientific explanation

Not many people know the difference between traditional vitamin E [tocopherol] and the vitamin E complex [tocopherols & tocotrienols]. The biggest difference is that the vitamin E, which can only be obtained as a natural substance, 40-60 sometimes has a more effective antioxidant effect on the cell membrane than conventional vitamin E. Here you will find more details:

The biggest difference is that the vitamin E, which can only be obtained as a natural substance, 40-60 sometimes has a more effective antioxidant effect on the cell membrane than conventional vitamin E. Here you will find more details:

CONVENTIONAL VITAMIN E

Only one isomer:
α-tocopherol

Mostly of synthetic origin
In high dosage pro-oxidative

Saturated side chains
· Bad binding of free radicals
· Not able to penetrate the cell membrane

VITAMIN E COMPLEX

All eight isomers:
α-β-γ-δ tocopherol α-β-γ-δ tocotrienol
· Only the combination of all eight isomers unfolds the full effect

From natural source
As an antioxidant, α-tocotrienol 40-60 is stronger at the cell membrane than α-tocopherol

Unsaturated side chains
· Strong binding of free radicals
· High mobility, able to penetrate the cell membrane.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR THE SKIN?

SKIN CARE & CELL STRESS

The skin is the largest organ of the human body and consists of about 3 million cells per cm2.

These cells can be attacked by free radicals. Free radicals are caused by several factors:

· Environmental influences (UV light, infrared radiation, air pollution)
· Autoimmune processes
· Consumption of alcohol, tobacco and unhealthy food

If these free radicals are not bound by an antioxidant and transported away, oxidative stress can lead to premature aging of the cell.

Tocotrienols are particularly effective against premature aging because they can penetrate the cell membrane and act directly in the cell.

WHERE DOES THE TOCOTRIENOL COME?

The tocotrienol rice germ extract is obtained from rice germ (Oryza sativa). From the oil of the seedling, the almost pure vitamin E is extracted.

There is: α-β-γ-δ tocotrienol & α-β-γ-δ Tocopherol.

While most vitamin E products use only synthetic α tocopherol, our vitamin E complex has a lot of γ & δ tocotrienol.
